Cast Metal Cladding

Cast metal provides a tactile depth that is highly desirable and distinctive. Our cast cladding systems utilize aluminum, bronze, copper and stainless steel in a variety of finishes. The castings can achieve highly complex shapes and detail using computer-generated molds and patterns. Depending on the material selection, a full range of finish options include organic and composite high-performance coatings, anodizing, light interference coatings, patinas and industrial dyes.

Cast Aluminum

Cast Aluminum

Our cast aluminum cladding is a durable and cost effective way to achieve highly articulated or patterned surface.   With our new mold making technologies we can produce low quantities of each panel type at lower cost than traditional mold making.  We have also mastered platen casting resulting in organic surfaces including fissures, bubbles and flow lines.  Our cast aluminum cladding can be pretreated and coated with our Tactile Metal®  in bronze, zinc and copper.
